What HelpMeToFly is
HelpMeToFly is a community platform that connects travellers who would like help during a journey with travellers willing to help. We are a connection service only.
What HelpMeToFly is not
- We do not replace airline or airport assistance.
- We do not provide medical, emergency or professional passenger services.
- We do not facilitate the transport of goods, parcels or packages.
- We do not process payments, and members must not ask for or offer payment.
Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 to create an account.
- Help can only be arranged for travellers aged 18 or over. HelpMeToFly must not be used to arrange help for a child travelling alone — use the airline's unaccompanied minor service. Children may travel with an adult who is being helped.
- Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- Follow our community guidelines and all travel, immigration, customs and airport rules.
- Use your own judgement when arranging help. Members are not vetted or verified.
Moderation
We may review reports and warn, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or our guidelines.
Liability
Help is arranged between members. To the extent permitted by law, HelpMeToFly is not liable for the actions of members or the outcome of any help given or received.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile.
